The Cascate del Golfarone are among the most striking geomorphological formations in the Secchiello valley. This multi-tiered site features sandstone rock carved by the stream into deep erosion niches, creating a series of cascades and crystal-clear natural pools known as 'marmitte dei giganti' (giant's kettles). The main waterfall drops over 15 metres into a large, deep pool, framed by layered rock faces and lush riparian vegetation. Access is located along the provincial road connecting Villa Minozzo to the hamlet of Civago. From there, an unofficial but clearly visible path winds down through the woods. The walk takes about 10-15 minutes; although short, it includes steep sections, uneven ground, and passages over bare rock. Hiking boots and maximum caution are essential, especially after rainfall.
